Free analysis of school numbers.   Click on the link here and go to the education list option and you will be able to see exactly how many schools there are by county, age range, specialism and school size.

Free educational marketing analysis.  Sometimes the work you need is not a one off mailing but a whole series of mailings which involve analysing which schools are most likely to buy from you, and then developing three lists - the schools that buy, those that have shown an interest but have not yet bought, and those that never even show an interest.  As a result of this, your marketing costs can be cut dramatically, since you will spend far less time and money mailing schools that are highly unlikely ever to purchase from you.   This is an area in which we have a lot of expertise.  Discussions on this topic, either on the phone or in our offices in Corby, are free.  If you want to develop a plan and have us help you execute the plan there is then a fixed charge for each task undertaken - but up to that moment there is no fee.

Educational Mailing lists.   You can continue your on-line research outlined above by ordering mailing lists on-line.  But if you prefer you can call 01536 399 000, talk the issues through with our sales team, and then purchase the list, either for use by yourself, or through a mailing house.

Mailing the schools.  Hamilton House can mail schools on your behalf - supplying the mailing list, envelopes and labour, and obtaining suitable levels of postage discount on your behalf.  We can also advise you, without cost, as to how you can lower your postage rates through a change in the weight, size of the package or number of schools mailed.

Receiving replies.  If you receive a significant number of replies to each mailing - for example if you are inviting schools to apply for a free catalogue or sponsored materials - you can arrange for all these replies to come to Hamilton House.  We will not only send out the requested items, but also create your own mailing list which includes a significant amount of data that we already possess about each school that replies.  Thus we will be able to give you analyses of replies beyond the level of information you collect - which can be used to devise your subsequent mailings.
